"Bad business. Watch your credit. I have been with this agency for a very long time and State Farm along with this agency have reported bad credit policies on my daughter credit which should not be. Causing my daughter to have a bad rating for insurance. When asked to have the rating reported correctly to Lexi’s nexus. Amanda acts as if she has no way of contacting the correct department to have information removed. Underwriting. It should not take 2 months and counting to have something removed that is illegally being reported on someone’s credit report. I would not recommend this agency for that reason. Bad business practice. A lot of lying going on when asked about how bad rating was reported to my daughter credit. This is not acceptable. A law suit in the making. Fair credit practices."
